Have two dogs i'm allergic i used to be okay living with them i moved out andbak in but i notice i get sinus headaches if i am home alldayisitthedogs?

Possibly: If over the counter antihistamines such as clariton, Allegra (fexofenadine) or zyrtec do not help see an allergist to get tested.

Loss of tolerance: You might have developed tolerance to the dogs at first then became sensitized after an absence of exposure or might just have become newly allergic to them. Try some antihistamine/decongestant. If this does not help, see an allergist.
