Teacher wearing mask all day for past month. past week getting severe sinus pain on bridge of nose/under eyes after wearing for an hour or two. headache spreads throughout day. pain gone after removing when home. advice? next steps?

Mask: Does the mask have an internal metal nose bridge? Is the mask overly tight? Do all symptoms dissipated once mask is removed? There are a number of different mask designs. Would suggest trying different style to see if that alleviates pressure. I have been experimenting with making different variations on mask designs & it can make a big difference.
