What are some home remedies for sinus headaches?

Homeopathy: Aromatherpay and chinese medicine are three modalities that can help. If it is truly from sinuses then homeopathic kali bichromicum can relieve. Green apple scent can help as can massage around the temples, over the eyebrows and under eyes. Mild heat can increase circulation and often provides some relief.
