Duragesic (fentanyl) patch: Is fentanyl, which beside the overdose potential, is a pretty clean drug in relation to end organ damage, such as liver or kidney. If your liver and kidneys have been healthy, and labs are okay, then the patch should not have any other long term affects relating to these two organs unless you had an allergy or other side effects that led to something else like malnutrition.
