Excedrin SE: When used as recommended, excedrin can be effective and safe. Prolonged use can lead to damage to many organs, usuauly liver, kidney, gi, and cardiovascular. These organs and systems tend to have reserves, that is you won't see the damage until its too late. Daily use is not recommended, usually seen in migraine sufferers or other types of headaches complicated by rebound phenomenon.
