Not sinus: Sinus problems are upper, not lower, jaw. Pain is a signal from your body to your brain that something's drastically wrong. May be infected (abscessed) tooth or one of many other problems. Pain killers will not cure the problem, only hide it as problem gets worse. Please put down the computer, pick up the phone, and call your dentist...Now.

Contact dentist: My reply mimic's dr malderman's. Not sinus. Could be a tooth, wisdom tooth, or gum problem. Take anti inflammatory and i recommend a dental appointment right away.
