can jaw clenching create a back of neck pain? since i got my front two teeth sanded down i got stronger force contact on all teeth. used to be lighter

Clenching: Clenching can cause facial pain, headaches, and neck pain. There are also many other causes for neck pain. The first thing to do is see your dentist for an evaluation as the change in your bite may be a part of your pain. A nightguard of splint may help you with the pain from clenching
