Lower incisor: There appears to be more involved in your mouth than just the lower incisor. Call your dentist or the surgeon for a follow-up examination.

Referred Pain: I would contact the doctor who removed that tooth to examine you and the area of concern. You are taking a lot of medications for many different conditions that may be complicating the healing process and/or contributing to your lingering symptoms. Numbing the front tooth can be difficult, and you may simply be sore near the injection site, particularly if you had multiple injections.
