Not good: It is possible, but not a good thing to have. Condition in the heart -either due to lack of blood supply, anatomical abnormality, valve problems, hypertension, etc , plus minus other problems like thyroid problems, significant electrolytes disturbances etc - can cause rapid activity of the heart muscle and can cause rapid heart rate.
