You are likely done: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends and your bone maturity is that of a 19 yo there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If 19, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches. There are no magic solutions if your growth centers r closed.

Unlikely: At your age it is most likely that your growth plates are closed. If this is the case, there is nothing that can be done to increase your height. An x-ray of your long bones will show if your growth plates are closed.

Too late: Hi. At age 19, the growth plates in your bones are fused, and no more height growth is possible, unless you have some maturation problem. You could see your doctor and get hand films for bone age to confirm. Good luck!
