A member asked:

Is it normal for blood pressure to be higher after you eat and after it digest then it should lower right?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

After meal: After a full meal your pulse may rise and along with that the blood pressure rises also. These values return to baseline when digestion proceeds. Of course certain foods and drink like coffee and alcohol raise the pulse. Also.
