What can i do to lower my high blood pressure to normal range?

Need more info: What is your blood pressure? Depending on how high it is and how you respond to treatment multiple modalities of treatment may be needed. Items to be considered are: Lose weight, limit salt intake, exercise, treatment with diuretics and other anti-hypertensives. This will require regular follow-up and you should consult your doctor.

Lifestyle changes: Depending on where your blood pressure is, you may be able to get into the normal range by adopting healthier habits. Adopting the DASH diet is one recommended approach. Another is to do for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on 5 days per week or 20 minutes of vigorous exercise on 3 days per week.
