Blood pressure is: often affected by obesity and sodium content of the diet. If you lower your BMI to 21-23 and eliminate sodium in your diet but still have high blood pressure then you will need an evaluation for renal artery stenosis and most likely require medications as well. See a health care professional for additional evaluation.
