I had a chest ct and they found a few splenic varices, a cyst 1.3cm and borderline splenomegaly.what does this mean?i have a lot of pain left sideribs

Abnormal: Varices need work up! liver, venous obstruction, coagulopathy and other issues may cause varices as collaterals to a problem.

Splenomegaly: The pain on the lfet sideribs may be related to the splenomegaly ( enlargement of the spleen). I don't know however why you have splenic varices and why your spleen is mildly enlarged. So, this is something that you should ask your doctor to find out.
