Location of tumors: Brain tumors can occur anywhere in the brain, but there are more common sites depending upon your age and family history. Because brain tumors are actually inside the skull, you really should not be able to feel anything. If you are worried about something you feel, have a doctor take a look to start.

Brain tumors: You can't feel a "brain" tumor (as your brain is encased in your skull). That is, unless you have a hole in your skull, which is highly unlikely. Anything you feel on the side of your head above your ear is likely in the skin or the scalp, and must be evaluated by a physician, not your finger.
