Sress can do this: This indicated that, if you have endometriosis, you are more susceptible to stress related disorders, things to do exercise, walks outside exposure, improve sleep to good length and relaxing sleep. Drink plenty of water and use relaxation techniques--observe breathing or focus on heart beat. It occurs in higher %age that it was previously believed.

Yes: I personally think it is, but before that we need to rule out other causes that may make you bleed between periods( cervical polips, endometrial polips). Make sure you see a gynecologist.
