Vaginal bleeding dark brown with an odor, second period for the month. under a lot of stress?

Sounds like: The dark brown color means old blood and this sounds more like old bloody discharge than a new period. My concern is the odor. PID or endometritis might cause the same brown discharge with odor, so probably best to have a gyn evaluate you.
