Apnea: Is produced by blockage of the larger airways, like tonsils, trachea collapse , and then there are central causes. You probably be able to breath through mouth, ergo no apnea, but could contribute to throat issue.

Stuffed nose: Your stuffed nose could be due to a nasal allergy, especially if you are sleeping with a feather pillow.

No: However nasal congestion may at times be associated with sleep apnea. That fact that your nose tends to be congestion in the morning points to something in your bed or bedroom causing the problem. House dust mite allergens in the mattress, box spring, and pillow would be the most likely suspects. Ask your family doctor to prescribe a nasal spray for you. If the spray failed, see an allergist.

Check for sinusitis: Possible sinus issue with postnasal drip causing the sore throat. Sleep apnea unlikely to be the culprit , but you might enquire when checking sinus issues. A nasal rinse, available world wide called neilmed may help clear up the issues.
