Sore throat: Likely you have an infection ( viral) and your body is working to fight it and in the hypermetabolic state is producing a lot of urine. I would though be checked for diabetes and sugar in urine ,as infections can unmask latent diabetes.Would check thyroid and for strep. Consider zyrtec (cetirizine) for symptoms. follow up withsore htroat doctor/ urgent care/telemedicine
