Flu: Sounds like a viral syndrome possibly the flu. Tylenol (acetaminophen) flu or the like probably better than Panadol. Drink plenty of liquids and gargle with salt water solution that is warm. Get plenty of rest and stay away from other people as you are probably still contagious. If your symptoms do not clear with in two days call your doctor.
