Yes: Use and withdrawal could precipitate and/or exacerbate underlying tremoring condition. More likely with use. Neither should last more than couple days after last use. Use related tremor could emerge after first dose in vulnerable individuals. Amphetamine withdrawal syndrome could emerge after a month's regular use, however withdrawal related tremoring should not persist beyond couple days.

Yes: Definitely possible. It is possible for it to be caused either by use (which is more likely) or withdrawal, which is possible as well. Amphetamine withdrawl, if you have it, will set in in the first day or two after discontinuing use. I would not exoect symptoms to show up a month after stopping. Discuss with prescribing physician.
