Get checked for: Cardiac issues first. See a doctor to review and check to make sure there is nothing with either your heart or lungs. If you have already done this, as you may have since you have had a CBC done, and nothing else is presenting, then start thinking about something like costoshondritis, an inflammation at the junction between your ribs and sternum. Can be easily treated, but rule out serious things.
