Yes: You're seriously sick. You're iron deficient and presumably bleeding from somewhere -- a stomach ulcer or gut cancer until proved otherwise. And if you are also short of breath / dyspneic at this hemoglobin, you have lung or heart disease as well. Please get this addressed.
