At your age: I would recommend an ultrasound of the kidneys asap followed by contrast ct scan for any abnormalities. Ultrasound is quick, non-invasive and without risk combined with a significant amount of information potential. Atypical cells on urinalysis require radiographic investigation.

I did two urinalysis at different timings, both showed high epithelial cells but urine culture was negative. Is there a possibility of cancer?
