Possibly not : Some young people have blood in the urine that can only be picked up when it is tested. Nonetheless you should see a doctor to make sure you do not have anything more serious.

Not at your age : Blood is common or could just be familial hematruia and at any rate is totally harmless . It should be rechecked again for confirmation but don't worry
