Low iron: You have been through a lot. Low iron and low vit d don't cause leg pain per se. Your physician can prescribe iron and v it d and will have to evaluate the leg pain.

Leg pain: After such a prolonged hospital stay, you may want to have a doppler u/s of your leg to rule out a blood clot.
