I am 30. post open splenectomy done(in2008) due to itp that time 40mg steroids taken for 3 yr i hv vit d & calcium deficiency and having unbearable pain just above the knee(upper area) & rest of the legs below knee. what should i do?

Use a heating pad to the area, take Ibuprofen if you can and see your MD asap. Hope you feel better

When i walk or sit, i hear sound from knee and ankle bone. May be due to deficiency of calcium but i do drink milk or take yogurt on daily basis.
