No, it can't be that: Not drinking fluids for 14 hours should not raise your bilirubin. If it is real, you will be yellow all over your body and your eys. Otherwise it is a lab error. You need to go get it rechecked. If it is still elevated, you must see a doctor right away. This could be serious.

Not really: If your lft's and bilirubin are elevated you need to have this evaluated. It's not because you were even somewhat dehydrated. So, you and your doctor should discuss this result and go forward. Good luck.
