Not expected: Actually cream tends to soothe the ulcer pain temporarily but does slow down your stomach emptying and thus may worsen your symptoms if you have reflux problem. You need to see a doctor see most ulcers can be permanently cured by a short course of medications if caused by a bacterium called h pylori.
