Stomach pain: Abdominal discomfort after eating pizza, which is a spicey and oily food, can occur with gastritis(inflamed stomach lining), gall stones, pancreatic pathology, lactose intolerance but is not necessarily characteristic of peptic ulcer. Do other diary or spicey foods cause similar symptoms? A gastroenterologist could evaluate you best. You may end up just having to avoid eating pizza.
