Vagisil Wipes: might help with itching but won't cure a yeast infection. Over- the- counter medicines for yeast infections include: Micon 7, Monistat, Vagistat, Gynazole, Femcare, Gyne-lotrimin & Mycelex.
OTC meds include Monistat (miconzole), Vagistat-1 (tioconazole), Femstat (butoconazole) (buoconazole), Gyne-Lotrimin or Mycelex( clotrimazole).

Medical Eval: Symptoms of a yeast infection may include: burning, redness & itching of the vulva; burning with urination & vaginal intercourse & a clumpy, white, vaginal discharge with no odor. Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.

Potentially: If this issues that caused & maintained the yeast infection have resolved - there is a possibility that the infection might heal.
