Vagisil is worthless: Vagisil doesn't treat yeast. Lousy drug. only helps reduce itching, doesn't cure anything. If yeast professionally evaluated and confirmed, ask the doc or clinic about best treatment. If not, see doctor now. Or try OTC treatment; any cream or suppository with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc), or fluconazole (Diflucan) by mouth. For sure see doc if doesn't work.
