See below: Agree w/ dr. Do you have cataplexy also? If so, you may want to discuss w/ your sleep doctor about xyrem as well as a few antidepressants. If you don't have cataplexy, besides the traditional stimulants, Provigil and Nuvigil can be used in narcolepsy. Also, strattera (atomoxetine) can be considered. It is best to discuss your options with your sleep doctor to see which may work best for you. Hope that helps!
