Infant stuffy nose: Stuffy nose in infants is very common. If he is able to nurse then there is nothing to worry about. You can always use Normal Saline drops and a nasal bulb to clean out his nostrils. As he grows, his nose will get larger and the stuffiness will go away.

Saline: Babies breathe through their noses, so it is important to keep the passages open. I would suggest using baby saline drops with mild bulb suction. Other causes may be related to infection or anatomic changes. If it persists, please let your pediatrician know.
