Nasal saline: Nasal saline is to me the best single agent if the rx of a stuffy nose. Using liberal amounts you can accomplish 2 goals. Thinning the thickened secretions & washing irritants like dust, smoke particles & pollen away. It also helps to evaluate babies exposures & avoid irritants.Perfumes, dust, cooking & cleaning fumes, scented laundry soaps etc all can prolong a babies stuffiness.
