Sore arms: It is important that you give your muscles adequate time to recover from a previous workout. Working biceps (arms) 3 days in a row is a great way to hurt yourself. At least give 1 day interval between workouts for different muscle groups. If you have worked out >24 hours and are still sore this is normal. Remember when lifting, strain not pain!
