What to do if i have internal hemorrhoids - no bleeding, no pain, no itching?

Hemorrhoids: We are born with hemorrhoids. Most likely you wont have any issues with them and if you do, then most times they can be handled with nonsurgical methods (ie creams, hemorrhoidal banding etc.). If they are not causing any symptoms, you dont have to do anything about them.

I think I have an external hemorrhoid, but I dont have any itching, pain or bleeding. The only symptom I have is swelling, straining to pass stool (even soft). Is it possible for a hemorrhoid to only come with those symptoms?
