May be: Every one talks about doing abdominal crunches to get 6 pack my own personal experience is that you have to be of ideal weight and therefore need to loose weight before you reach goal most effective exercise is abdominal breathing which invokes letting your belly expand out while you breath in and actively contract your abdominal muscles while you breathe out and resistance exercise for obliques.
