Docs, i do ab workouts holding flat weights on chest & doing crunches, noticed bleeding from nipples & worried, need advices please.

I would think : That is occuring from your shirt rubbing against the nipple. Perhaps try placing bandaids or some other protection over the nipples. Maybe even apply a little vaseline to decrease the friction and make sure the nipple is not dry.
