Guideline: Ovulation usually occurs midway during the menstrual cycle. If the first day of your period is counted as day 1, and your regular cycle is 30 days long, then ovulation occurs usually on day 15. The egg lasts 1 day and sperm can survive 3to5days. Pregnancy would then be possible on days 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and16 of the cycle. Of course your cycle can vary from month to month. Your gyn can advise you.
