Yes: For women who have a regular menstrual cycles, it can be more difficult to determine whether you are pregnant or at risk of pregnancy. At this point in time i suggest you take a home pregnancy test to be sure. If you're trying to become pregnant, fine. If you don't want to be pregnant birth control pills can help regulate your cycle.
