It is possible: Did you have your period in march or not, if not you may be pregnant do a home pregnancy test and it should be positive if you are pregnant and if not keep trying good luck.

Yes: If your last period started on 1/30/13, then you were probably ovulating around 2/14/13. (look up babymaking 101 on my profile). Your most fertile time would have been mid-february, so you could be about 1 month pregnant now if you have had no bleeding since early february. Home pregnancy tests are pretty good these days, and should be able to detect a pregnancy within 2 weeks - go get one!
