There : There is a wide range of normal on the HCG testing. You are most likely 4-5 weeks pregnant. You go by the first day of your last period. When you are about 8 weeks or so, you can have an ultrasound that can more accurately determine your gestational age. Ultrasounds are very accurate in determining dates.
