Probably yes you can: The tests are very sensitive and accurate for HCG which is made by a developing baby, so 4 + tests would probably mean you are pregnant. Start taking prenatal vitamins if you aren't already and see a gyn dr. To get a definitive answer and treatment. Best wishes.
