A member asked:

I stand up and suddenly lose vision for 2 seconds, should i be concerned?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypotension: Your blood is pooling momentarily in the lower part of your body. While this might be of no consequence, it could be an early warning of anemia, heart dysfunction, venous insufficiency and sympathetic nervous system instability. If this is persistent, especially if it is increasing in frequency and duration, then check with your family doctor.
