Don't take tons: Meloxicam and Omeprazole are a good combination of taking a nonsteroidal inflammatory drug for the arthritis and Omeprazole to protect the gastrointestinal tract. But both drugs should not be taken over their recommended doses. Side effects are mostly G.I. for both drugs with dizziness also. If they aren't adequate for your arthritis then you need to discuss other options with your doctor.
