Go to the ER: Hi. You're quickly going to become severely dehydrated. Go to ER for IV fluids and supportive care while they diagnose what's causing this.

ER, IV fluids: Hi. Sounds like you'll rapidly head into dehydration, and perhaps electrolyte disturbance as well. Please go to the ER at your local hospital and let them assess your volume status and electrolytes. Be safe!
