If : If your stools are black, tarry and malodorous that is likely to be from gastrointestinal bleeding. You may have withdrawal symptoms when you stop drinking alcohol. You have a heavy history of acohol use which likely to have impacted your health. I recommend that you go to the emergency room. These are serious issues.
