Diet: If you are not losing body fat, you do as much resistance training as you want and you'll never see your definition. Eat enough lean protein but otherwise get used to being hungry and doing a lot of aerobic fitness training. It's great you're exercising and the added gift of leanness and aerobic fitness is a great one to give yourself.
