Here are some ...: Is a "tiny" lump on scrotal skin or its wall or inside the scrotum? Being on or in scrotal wall, it can be easily palpated by ordinary hands; if inside the sac, a tiny lump is not easy for ordinary inexperienced hand to differentiate if it's on or inside or outside the testis, but such indeed terrifies some men.
