Here are some ...: Is a "tiny" lump on scrotal skin or its wall or inside the scrotum? Being on or in scrotal wall, it can be easily palpated by ordinary hands; if inside the sac, a tiny lump is not easy for ordinary inexperienced hand to differentiate if it's on or inside or outside the testis, but such indeed terrifies some men. So, have the experienced hands to help you figure it out as needed. Best wish ..
